Our management process is simple, offer good clean rental properties to good tenants, and help those property owners maintain their properties. We take a realistic approach to rental pricing by constantly performing analysis of comparable properties in the Pierce County area. We customize each management agreement to meet a property owners specific plan for their property, and for those who wish to manage their property themselves, we offer rent-up programs that will locate a tenant and advise the property owner on the do's and don'ts of renting.

We offer both our Rent-Up and Full Management services to owners of Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Duplex, Tri-Plex and Four-Plex units, as well as small Apartment Buildings of 30 units or less.
